Etude House {Missing U Hand Cream}

Hello my Beauties,

remember how we spoke about the ‘problem of cute packaging’ in
{How to handle beauty cravings} post?

I’ve to admit, i’m not any differ from many you, when it comes to adorable containers, bottles and boxes, i can’t help myself, but buy it. Even though i try to limit the craziness and purchase only one item of the whole range. And it seems like especially korean brands are quite good in creating appealing packaging to their beauty products.

As it happens, i bought the {Etude House Missing U Hand Cream #3 Panda Story} back in august for the first time and this is already my second time around (because the first one was ‘stolen’ by my good friend, when she came to visit).
Etude House Missing U hand cream panda

Product Description:
Our endangered animal friends are rapidly becoming extinct from the planet… I really want to see you… I miss you! Formulated with natural mixture of herbs, Shea Butter and Olives to moisturize, heal, and soothe hands.

With these particular hand creams Etude House brings out a product line, that is trying to raise awareness about the endangered animal species out there, such a penguins, harp seals, dolphins and pandas and give us the opportunity to pick our favorite scent – like green tea, floral or even sweet.

Etude House Missing U Hand Cream

The hand cream comes in this cute two-part plastic packaging, which you twist open and the head of the panda becomes the lid.
There are 30 ml / 1.01 fl.oz of product and it looks like you can reuse the container, ones you run out of the original cream.

This particular product has a nice light peachy scent, which i like quite a lot and the main ingredients are olive oil and shea butter.
The formula though is really light – something between a gel and a lotion and was great for the summer time. It applies very smoothly and does absorb quite fast, leaving your hands soft and non sticky at all.
ETUDE HOUSE MISSING U HAND CREAM REVIEWIf you’re someone with super dry skin, who needs much more TLC during the cold time of the year, this might probably be something you want to skip or wait until spring to try.

The target for these hand creams are definitely kawaii lovers and younger audience, as well as all the people crazy for cute packaging, like i am.

Another thing that isn’t the best solution in my opinion for creams in general, is that you get to dip your finger into the product, in order to get it on your skin. What i do in this case, is – i only dip my clean knuckle ones into the hand cream, so i don’t bring any possible bacteria into the pot.

My overall thoughts on the product are, that if you love pandas, cute packaging, matryoshka dolls, fast absorbing hand creams, peachy scents – this might be a product for you to try. Could be also an adorable gift for the holidays to a younger teen, as a stocking stuffer.

You can get this Etude House hand cream for example at beautynetkorea, as i did or also on Amazon directly from the brand itself for about $ 5-7, depending on where you get it.

Have you tried any Etude House hand products before? If so, what’s your experience?
