Hello my Beauties,
it has been quite some time since I’ve shown you a gorgeous indie nail polish of the season.
That’s why today I’d like you to meet ‘That’s so Ratchet‘ – handmade by Polish Alcoholic.
It’s one of the four available polishes from the Spring Collection for 2015.
‘That’s So Ratchet’ comes in a 10ml bottle and is being described as a bright red holographic polish with orange undertones. It’s free of Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor, which is commonly known as 5-free!
What I personally really enjoy about this polish, is the fact that it really reminds me of a certain type of vintage polishes, that my mom used to wear, when i was a kid.
Here I’m wearing two even coats, that were easy to apply and completely dry in about 10 minutes.
The photo was taken in natural daylight.
On the macro close up you can definitely see all the beautiful holographic particles and the clear combination of red and orange colors. I love that you’re kind of seeing both colors at the same time.
Outside in the bright sunlight this nail polish shows all its facets and sides at once. It’s truly a happy spring color, which attracts a lot of attention and compliments.
The polish did not chip until the fifth day, which considering me not wearing a top coat, is a really good result.
How you can tell, I’m a fan of this nail polish? Well, I’ve worn it 4 times in the past 2 months. And that doesn’t happen very often with someone as nail polish addicted as I am.
“That’s So Ratchet” is available at the Polish Alcoholic Etsy store and retails for €8,00. The store offers worldwide shipping.
